How many guests can I bring? Each of our packages accommodates up to a specific number of guests:
Basic Bonfire Package - up to 20 guests.
Premium Bonfire Package - up to 25 guests.
Bonfire Party Package - up to 30 guests.
For each additional guest that attends, there is a flat rate of $5/person. What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate with my plans?
In the event of inclement weather, if: --- The forecast changes prior to set up and we are unable to provide our service, you will receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). --- The weather deteriorates on site after your bonfire has been set up and the bonfire cannot continue you will be charged 50% of package price.
Is the deposit refundable? We require a non-refundable deposit for procuring a permit and securing your preferred date. This deposit is included in listed pricing and should be paid at time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy? Any non-weather cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled bonfire will be charged 50% of the package price. In the event the bonfire cannot be held due to weather, you will receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Customers have until 2:00 pm on the day of the event to decide if they would like to cancel.
What if my preferred date doesn't work, but I'm open to a future date? If a customer decides to postpone we are happy to work with them on amending the date.
